CAM4 Hits Pause Button on 'Cam-a-Thon' Contest

MIAMI — International webcam community CAM4 has hit the pause button on its "Endless Cam-A-Thon Contest" which was to conclude later this month. The contest, and its luxurious prize package, will resume in conjunction with a forthcoming industry event, post-pandemic.

"We decided as a company to hold all business travel until further notice, so we are putting the 'Cam-a-Thon' on hiatus for now to keep the contest fair and our broadcasters safe," a company rep explained.

"What happens now? We haven’t forgotten about our March winners and will contact each of them about their prize. Rest assured the 'Cam-a-Thon' will return to give 10 lucky broadcasters a VIP experience during a model event in 2020," said the rep. "We hope you can understand our decision to postpone the contest at this time, and we look forward to seeing all of you on CAM4 until then."
